Qi Gong
Literally translated as
"energy work", Qi Gong is just
that. Students cultivate Qi or
energy by using deep breathing in
combination with gentle yet
dynamic expansive moves. Relaxing
for the mind and healthy for the
body, Qi Gong principles are an
essential component for any of the
internal arts. The slow deep and
steady breathing employed during
practice stimulates the blood
circulation, exercises the lungs
and stimulates internal organs .
