Back Forearm ( or Repulse Monkey )
- Brush Knee and Palm

- Cloud Hands ( wave
hand like clouds) ,
- Golden Cocked Stands
on One Leg, left first then right .
- Heel Kick , right
first then left side ,
- Grasping the Sparrow's
Tail , right side then left side .
- Cross Hands , Closing

Principles of
Tai Chi Chuan
- Your Body should be aligned and
vertical, top of the head straight, looking far.
Take a deep breath naturally, exhale with the
completion of each movement.
You should use as little muscle tension as possible
but do not lose the correct posture.
A little light Music should be playing while
you practice the routines.
